Built in 1961-62, Christ the King Church (in French: "Église Christ-Roi") was the first to feature a modern design created by acadian professionals. It was designed by LeBlanc, Gaudet and Associates under the supervision of Gérald Gaudet and Jacques Roy and built by Modern Construction.
